Before emailing

Refresh the page with Ctrl + F5.
Check you are logged into the right account.
Open Account and check your raw plan.
Try again in a private browser window.
Never email passwords, API keys or card details.

Quick answers

My paid plan still looks Free.

Go to Account, refresh, and check the raw plan. If it still looks wrong, email support with your account email and the checkout time.

Where is CSV export?

CSV export is on the Watchlist page. It is unlocked for Reseller and Admin accounts.

Do alerts buy items automatically?

No. Alerts are only research. You still need to check the listing, seller, condition and sold comps yourself.
